Top is best for size small. Bottoms fit S/M -- fits size small - somewhere in between both sizes due to stretchiness. 

Has some push-up and underwire in the top for a very flattering fit. 

Measurements of bottoms: 

• 25-28" waist
• 10" rise

Model is 5’8 with a 25" waist and 37" hips for reference.
